  3. How many times would you suggest using the cream per day?
For best results you should apply LINACARE twice daily. It is a must after a long bath or swimming because your skin's natural oils are leeched out of your skin. In special cases, such as post radiation therapy, sunburns, chronically dry skin, eczema or if you wash your hands frequently, you should use it 3-4 times a day. LINACARE will not leave you with a greasy or waxy feel, no matter how much of it you use.

  7. Is it safe to use on cuts or scrapes?
Yes it is safe to use as it is not a medication. However, it should not replace proper medical treatment or other reasonable treatment that would be applied to a cut or a scrape. It is a well known fact that skin heals best in a moist environment - well moisturized skin will heal better than dry skin. Many LINACARE users have used it on their cuts and scrapes and have been surprised by how much faster they heal. (See Testimonials)

Most of our products are designed to be safe for use for 2 years. Although they will not be harmful after the expiration date, they may be less effective as some of the ingredients may begin to deteriorate. For that reason, it is recommended that you replace any unused product after the expiration date has passed and buy a replacement jar.
